Measuring Pumpkins & Apples

A fall measurement pack for 1st grade built around pumpkins, apples and corn. Students compare longer, shorter and taller, put three things in order, measure with apples, paper clips and cubes, sort heavier and lighter, and graph the class's favorite fall fruits. It includes vocabulary cards, a hands-on measure-it-in-class page, a mini-book and exit tickets.
