How it works

Up and running in three steps

  1. Request a quote

    Tell us about your school, how many teachers need access and which grades. We reply by email with a quote.

  2. We set up your group

    Once you're happy, we create your school's group with the seats, plan level and dates you agreed, and make you its admin.

  3. Invite your teachers

    Paste in your teachers' email addresses. Each one gets an invite to set up their account and can start downloading.

Prefer to hand out codes? We can also issue access codes that teachers redeem on the redeem page.

How is school pricing worked out?
It's based on how many teachers need access and which plan level you choose. Send the form above and we'll reply with a quote.
Can teachers share one login?
No. Resources are licensed for single-teacher use, so each teacher needs their own seat. A school license makes that simple.
What if a teacher already has an account?
Add their email to the roster like anyone else. They're added to your group with the account they already have.
What if a teacher leaves mid-year?
Your school admin removes them from the roster, which frees up their seat for someone else.
What happens when the license ends?
Access for the group ends on the agreed end date unless it's renewed. Teachers keep their accounts.
