When am I charged?
Monthly plans are charged when you sign up and then on the 1st of each month. Yearly plans are charged when you sign up and renew a year later. Joining late in the month? The free trial charges nothing until the 1st.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from My Account. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Because resources can be downloaded straight away, payments aren't refunded.
Is my payment secure?
Card details are entered into Stripe's secure card field and processed by Stripe; they never touch our servers.
Can I share my membership?
A membership is for one teacher. Buying for a team or school? See school licenses.
I have an access code. Where do I use it?
Redeem it on the redeem page; you don't need to pick a plan here.
